About a week after your shoot, you are invited to a private online viewing over a video call. You choose your one included photo there, and you can buy more digital photos or products if you would like.

Terms and payment

The $85 session fee includes a 10-minute Christmas-themed studio session with your family and pet(s), and one digital photo of your choice. It must be paid in full to secure your appointment and is non-refundable. You can view and buy more digital photos and products at a private online viewing session, held over a video call, after your shoot.

Payment

The total session fee of $85 must be paid in full when booking to secure your appointment. The session fee payment is non-refundable.

Session fee

The $85 pet photo session includes a 10-minute Christmas-themed studio session with your family and pet(s), and one (1) digital photo of your choice. You can also choose to view and purchase additional products separately after the session.

Viewing session and delivery of digital files

You will be invited to a private online viewing session, held over a video call, 3 to 5 business days after your photoshoot, to view your images, choose your one included digital photo, and select any additional digital photos or products you would like to purchase. Once your selections are made and payment for any additional images is received, your digital files will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days after the viewing session.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellations made more than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled appointment will not be refunded but may be rescheduled once at no additional cost. Any further reschedules will incur a full session fee. Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled appointment will not be refunded or rescheduled, and a new session fee will be required to book another appointment.

Right to refuse service

The photographer reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group at their sole discretion.

Client responsibility for pets

The client is solely responsible for the behaviour, control, and safety of their pet(s) during the photo session. The photographer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to any person, animal, or property that occurs during the photo session.

Punctuality

The client agrees to arrive on time for the scheduled appointment. If the client is more than ten (10) minutes late, the session may be shortened or rescheduled at the photographer's discretion. A new session fee may be required to reschedule.

Personal preparations

The client is responsible for all personal preparations, including hair, makeup, and wardrobe for both family members and pets participating in the photo session.

Copyright

The photographer retains full copyright over all images captured during the session. The client is prohibited from using the images for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the photographer.

No-show policy

If the client fails to attend the scheduled appointment, the session fee will be forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted in such cases.

Agreement to terms

By booking a Pet Santa photo session for Christmas, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions in full.
